Interstellar Removals

Interstellar Removals offers a free quote service, which can give you more clarity on the price you need to pay for your move. The prices below are standard prices for your reference.

Moving

1.5T Van

  • 1 Mover: $70/ hour + $50 Call Out Fee (Minimum 1h)

4.5T Truck

  • 1 Mover & one Truck: $90 / hour
  • 2 Movers & one Truck: $130 / hour
  • 3 Movers & one Truck: $170 / hour
  • Extra Movers: $40 Per Mover

Minimum 2 hours, and then we charge every 30-minutes increment based on the hourly rate

10T or Bigger size

  • 2 Movers & one Truck: $150 / hour
  • 3 Movers & one Truck: $190 / hour
  • 4 Movers & one Truck: $230 / hour
  • Extra Movers: $40 Per Mover

Minimum 2 hours, and then we charge every 30-minutes increment based on the hourly rate

Call-out Fee:
  • For Great Sydney Area, less than 30km from Campsie, charge for 1 hour based on the hourly rate
  • 30km – 50km from Campsie but within Sydney Area, charge for 1.5 hours based on the hourly rate
  • Over 50km from Campsie, please contact customer service for more details
Extra Charges*
  • Heavy lift charge (i.e. piano, french door fridge, big fish tank, marble/concrete table, huge furnitures, glass table over 2 meters, massage chair, treadmill, etc.)
  • Stairs – $10/mover/flight (8 steps are counted as one flight, no more than 8 steps are free/will not be counted as a flight) (*Please note: This is a one-time fee, regardless of the number of items being moved)

PACKING & UNPACKING

  • 2 Packers: $120/ hour
  • Extra packing person: $40 per hour

Minimum 3 hours, and then we charge every 30-minutes increment based on the hourly rate

Packing material will be provided. You are getting charged for what we use

Garbage Disposal

We offer two pricing models.

The first is a flat-rate fee. Please contact customer service and send photos of the waste you need to dispose of, along with a detailed description of your location and property type (e.g., whether stair access is required). Customer service will provide a reasonable quote based on the actual situation.

The second model consists of two parts: labor costs and waste disposal fees. The labor cost is based on moving fees, while the waste disposal fee is reimbursed based on the actual expenses shown on the waste disposal receipt.
